Aspire Care is a family owned and run health and social care provide.  We specialise in domiciliary care, delivery of personal care and social support to adults in the place where they are living at the time. This includes support delivered in people’s own homes and in supported living settings

This is a bespoke service that encompasses some of the services outlined above. Our overnight care service is designed to provide comprehensive support and assistance to clients during night-time hours.

SUPPORTED LIVING

We provide recovery-focused supported living support for adults with mental health needs. We deliver care and social support in supported living settings, tailored to each person’s goals, strengths, and mental health needs.

We offer a range of domiciliary care services (care in your home) in Bristol and surrounding
counties (Wiltshire, Somerset) to individuals aged 18 and above. We enable adults to live independently or with support, outside of hospital or care home. We support people with a range of needs, including

Older adults requiring personal care

People living with dementia or other cognitive impairments.

People with physical disabilities and mobility needs, including orthopedic injuries, amputation          and long-term conditions.

Individuals recovering from illness or surgery who need intermediate care.  This care could be        temporary or ongoing.

Adults with mental health conditions (for example anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder,                      psychosis,  personality disorder, PTSD and related conditions).
